In an ideal world, we would all be able to book rooms at Mountain Lodge in Flatrock. It's where the reception is going to be and it's really nice. Unfortunately, another wedding party reserved all the rooms. Bummer! However, It may still be possible to book a room there, because the rooms that aren't booked by August 29 will be released for rent after that date.
But there are other options!
We've reserved rooms at the following hotels. Just ask for the Treptow-Apple wedding:
The Mountain Inn- Flat Rock
Mountain Inn is by far the most convenient! It's so close to the reception that it actually shares a parking lot with the Mountain Lodge. It's pretty nice too. It's newly renovated with a microwave and fridge in each room and it has 29 rooms available, so we reserved them all. They are giving us a discount at $109 a night, so call 828-692-7772 to book over the phone.
Hampton Inn, Hendersonville
This hotel looks really nice. It is a 5 minute drive from the reception and allows pets. It costs about $124 a night and has a lot of amenities including a pool, wifi, and a hot breakfast. Call them for the discounted rate: 828-697-2333
Ramada Inn, Hendersonville
At $69 a night, the Ramada is the most affordable option. It's only 5 minutes from the reception and allows pets too. Wifi and breakfast is also included. Call them for the discounted rate: 828-697-0006
My suggestion is to book now and if you really want to stay at the Mountain Lodge you can cancel one reservation and book at the Lodge after August 29.
OR you are welcome to find your own lodging in the area. I know for a fact that there a quite a few cabins still available in the area.
